Return Eligibility

We accept returns within:

30 days of delivery

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Returned in the original packaging
  • Free from damage caused by misuse or normal wear

Please note that we may refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Used or damaged products caused by the customer
  • Items returned without prior contact

How To Request a Return

  • Photos of the product (if applicable)

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow:

3–5 business days

for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or bank.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will work quickly to resolve the issue by offering a replacement, refund, or appropriate solution.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or defective.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process after delivery.


Lost Returns

We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items.

We is not responsible for returns lost during transit.
